For a quick, easy snack without reservations on New Year's Eve, try

Pork Barrel BBQ - Slow smoked pulled pork BBQ sandwiches will be for sale at the George Washington Masonic Memorial

Nickells & Scheffer - at the corner of King & Henry Streets. It's a venue with music and has terrific soups, sandwiches and non-alcoholic beverages for sale.

Waterfront Weenies - for sale on the dock behind the Torpedo Factory Art Center. This is the only gourmet hot dog vendor in the City of Alexandria.

Alexandria restaurants offer great value. Here are three that support First Night Alexandria. We hope to see you at one of them soon! If you are planning to dine at one of these restaurants on New Year's Eve, advance reservations will be required.

Hard Times Cafe
1404 King Street
Hard Times Cafe serves chili, burgers, wings and more in a casual, friendly atmosphere. Reservations are not required.

Mango Mike's
4580 Duke Street
The coolest Caribbean menu this side of Jamaica. You will need reservations for the restaurant on December 31. You can also purchase Pork Barrell BBQ if you attend First Night Alexandria at the George Washington Masonic Memorial. Sandwiches will be for sale in the dining room.

Joe Theismann's Restaurant
1800 Diagonal Road
Joe Theismann's Restaurant serves an early night crowd (before 7:15 pm) an a la carte menu with or without reservations. Start your First Night with an early dinner.
Reservations are required for the New Year's Eve Party seating at 9:00 pm.
