TICKETS & PASSES
Tickets will be sold until December 31 at 9pm.

The Twilight Pre-Fireworks Watch Party and the Countdown to 2025 Fireworks do not require tickets/wristbands.

Where can I buy tickets for FNA 2024?
All ticket sales for the FNA 2024 event are sold through EVVNT from the First Night Website. FNA is all cashless.
​
All ticket sales end at 9:00pm on 12/31/24.Wristbands are not required for the Watch Party, but donations are accepted.

How do I use my tickets for First Night?
Tickets purchase receipts will be exchanged for a wristband which will give access to venues on 12/31/24. Everyone in your group must have a wristband to enter venues, with the exception of kids aged 2 and under.
Where and when do I pick up my wristbands?

How does the All-Access Pass work?
The All-Access Pass gives access to all indoor FNA shows and activities on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, 2:00PM to 11:00PM. Venue capacity limits apply. Everyone in your group must have a wristband to enter, with the exception of kids aged 2 and under. Wristbands are not required for the Twilight Watch Party.

How does the Matinee Pass work?
The Matinee Pass gives access to daytime, indoor, FNA shows and activities on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, 2:00PM to 5:00PM ONLY. Venue capacity limits apply. Wristbands are not required for the Twilight Pre-Fireworks Watch Party. Everyone in your group must have a wristband to enter, with the exception of kids aged 2 and under.

Buy this ticket to see your fave and bypass expected late night crowds. All persons in your group must have the VIP to enter the show. Limited availability.Event Souvenir will only be available at the 7PM show.
The VIP Pass also gives Priority Access and 'go to the front of the line' privilege to all FNA shows and activities on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, 2PM to Midnight. If a venue is at capacity, VIP Pass holders will gain entry first as spaces become available. For family members and guests traveling in groups, every person in the family or group must have a VIP Pass to enjoy the benefits together. Kids aged 2 and under do not need a pass/wristband to enter venues.

Does the All-Access Pass include food and/or drink?
No. All Passes are for show entry only. Food and drink may be purchased separately at one of our fantastic restaurant partners.

Can I bring my own food to First Night?
Outside food will not be allowed at indoor venues where performances are taking place.

What is First Night Alexandria's alcohol policy?
First Night Alexandria is a family-friendly, alcohol-free environment. Alcohol is not allowed inside any official venue. Dine-In Restaurants and Bars will observe usual alcohol policies.
FIREWORKS
When are the fireworks for First Night?
NEW this year will be a family-inspired Twilight fireworks display at 6:00pm. This will be the main display and will last approximately 10 minutes. The encore finale fireworks display will be the exclamation point that will culminate a day filled with live entertainment and welcome in 2025.

Will the fireworks be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain?
The fireworks rain date is Wednesday, January 1, 7:00PM.

PARKING & TRANSPORT
Where is the best place to park for First Night?
We encourage you to plan your evening based on the performers of preference, and to consider parking closest to where you want to end the evening as public transportation will have ended and there will be crowds following the fireworks.

Is transportation provided between venues?
All of the venues are within a 1 mile walking distance from the GW Masonic Temple to the Potomac River. There are lots of parking garages in the area that you can consider as well as street parking, bikes, scooters and the trolley system, which is available until 11 PM.

COVID-19
Participants voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold First Night Alexandria, Inc. liable, should you become ill. Masks are strongly recommended at First Night Alexandria.

First Night Alexandria is a family-friendly, alcohol-free event.

REFUND POLICY
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT FULLY TRANSFERABLE.
First Night Alexandria tickets are not refundable. If you are unable to attend, a ticket can be transferred to another person for use only on Sunday, December 31, 2024. Transfers are not accepted to another event. Contact Us if you need assistance in transferring your ticket.

What if I lose or misplace my wristband?
Lost wristbands will require a new ticket to be purchased at the current sale price on www.firstnightalexandria.org. All ticket sales end at 9:00pm on 12/31/24 or when the event sells sold out, whichever comes first. Wristbands are not required for the Block Party, but donations are accepted.

AN EMERGENCY
City of Alexandria Police, Fire, and Emergency Response will be available and on-site
throughout Old Town in the event of an emergency. Call 911 if you have an emergency.
