Volunteer Signup Starts on November 20, 2018!

First Night Alexandria needs YOU to help us throw the best family-friendly New Year’s Eve party anywhere. You can volunteer with your family, a friend, a co-worker, a partner, a spouse or volunteer by yourself. This is a great way to make new friends and be part of a community celebration of the New Year through the performing arts: music, dance, magic, games, comedy, clowns, storytelling and “Fireworks on the Potomac” at midnight.

Are you interested? Sign up on this page after November 20 and join the Volunteer Team. You can contact the volunteer coordinator, Joe Shumard, any time via [email protected].

Age Requirements

First Night volunteers MUST be at least 16 years old, and all volunteers under 18 years old MUST have permission from parent or guardian.Volunteer Together
